Winnabow Business Development Center, located on Highway 17 just north of Bolivia, offers space to new and growing businesses. Housed in a 16,000-square-foot metal building with a concrete floor, the center offers two 5,000-square-foot spaces for manufacturing or light assembly and 6,000 square feet of finished space for professional and administrative offices. It has water, sewer, electric, high-speed internet access and 24-hour key access.
