South Brunswick Islands King Mackerel Tournament
 
When the weather begins to cool down, the fishing begins to heat up. Beyond the green grass of the golf courses swims the excitement of having a big game fish bite your line and maybe snag you some money as well!
The South Brunswick Islands King Classic King Mackerel Tournament on Labor Day weekend offers big fun and prizes. Fishermen from all over the eastern seaboard pul their rigs into Holden Beach Marina for the event. There are also junior and lady angler accolades.
